Snohomish County average home prices continue to stabilize. For the last 6 months home prices have averaged around $330,000, off the high of $425,000 in March of 2007. The housing bubble has been effectively wiped out of the market and sale prices have returned to the trend line.
We are dedicated to providing timely and accurate data regarding the Snohomish County and King County real estate markets.
Real estate is local - and it's more important now than ever to pay attention to the local numbers rather than the national numbers as we head into a recovery.
Recovery won't happen everywhere at once and you should be paying attention to your local community numbers to be able to see the recovery when and where it starts.
You may find data here that conflicts with what you hear in the media. Our data is independant and thoroughly researched. We have spend years, months, weeks, days, and hours gathering data and numbers from various sources to create our graphs. We don't rely on numbers passed around the internet.
And the data is painting a different picture than what is portrayed elsewhere.
We alway promise to present the facts without the hype so that you can develop your own independant opinion based on thorough analysis of data we have performed.
The market presents opportunities for some and difficulties for others. The reasons to buy or sell must be determined on an individual basis, based on your individual circumstances.
We are here to help guide, advise, and educate you as to whether this is the right time for you to make a real estate move.
